Key Responsibilities:
- Regular Evangelism Outreach:
- Plan and execute regular street evangelism campaigns.
- Organize prison ministry outreaches.
- Collaborate with other churches and organizations for joint evangelistic efforts.
- Social Media Evangelism:
- Create and manage social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
- Share inspirational content, gospel messages, and event announcements.
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries.
- Christmas Lunch on Jesus:
- Coordinate the planning and execution of the annual Christmas lunch event.
- Secure sponsorships and donations.
- Recruit volunteers to assist with event logistics.
- New Convert Follow-Up:
- Establish a system for tracking and following up with new converts.
- Provide spiritual guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Facilitate their integration into the church community.
- Numerical Growth:
- Track and analyze the growth of the church membership.
- Identify strategies to increase conversion rates and retention.
- Celebrate and recognize the achievements of the evangelism unit.
